Weird tendency in BMM class

I have noticed this interesting trend in the BMM class, to masquerade off a new idea as an improved version of an already existing idea. For example, the idea about debating on sensationalism news was getting very popular but this one person wanted to debate about celebrity privacy, so it became the "same thing in different words." We ended up having a debate about sensationalism news anyway, and although most of the talk was on the marine drive rape, thankfully bobby darling did not get dragged in. After the debate, this guy was convinced that the entire class suddenly believe sensationalism of news to be a big issue. I wanted to ask him, to give one example of news that wassensationalised. They cant afford to tell lies, they'll just pick up stuff that is already sensational. Anyway, the guy wanted us to write letters to the papers asking them to stop sensationalism news, and he believed sixty letters would make a difference. Another person, again with "the same idea in different words" proposed to make a blog and post all the ideas there.

WHO THE HELL WOULD SIT AND READ SIXTY LETTERS ON THE SAME THING????

Anyway, I am not discounting the potential of blogs. Having a BMM blog where all of us can show off together is actually a very good idea. If only she had the guts to propose a new idea....

Anyway, second day of college, and I am already in the routine. Met a few new guys, made a few friends and that's about it. Had BAD lassi at GK.
