Still here

Figured the emmigration to wordpress was not yet worth the benefits, so just gave this old blog a facelift. The picture in the header was taken by me two diwalis ago near talao pali. Just the lantern though, the backgound is a photoshop sky...

So many attitudes and viewpoints, which are all driven by the same essential needs clash without reason or rationale and then things snowball out of proportion, culimnating in a climax only to start over again after smouldering for a little while.
People can be funny, because conflict seems to be one of the essential needs, instead of an aversion to it. Wonder exactly why people get hurt. A sense of betrayal by the society, or some facet of it that you trust seems to be the reason, but it may simply be a matter of things not working out the way you want it to.

This is an experiment in the human psyche:

What humans need is a different way to look at themselves. I wish to achieve this - imagine going through life looking at yourselves objectively. Resigning to and even celebrating your problems as just another expirience... take anything the world throws at you as just another flavor to life, not only seek conflict (between people and within oneself too), but encourage and even enjoy it. Actively seek out new sensations, new emotions, and new people.
This does not mean that one has to become cold and unemotional and uncaring... instead the emotions are closer to the surface, expressed with more ease, shared with no shame, and shame itself becoming something to be enjoyed.
Assault yourself with expiriences that are NOT desirable. Like playing a game of sims or AOE, take pleasure in the fact that things are going wrong.
This won't make the world a better place to live in, but it will make it bearable at least - if not interesting and entertaining.

Baki nothing.
